Passport and Legal Document Photography

Passport photos are available in sheets of six photos, following the regulations outlined on the Official State Department web page, http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html, We usually take three photos of each client and let them pick the photo they need for their passport application. Forms can be downloaded from the State Department site, or picked up at the Monroe County Clerks Office, 39 West Main Street, or Rochester Clerk's Office, Church Street, down the street from the Photo Studio. To submit the form requires 75.00 in cash, check, or money order for the Federal Passport fee, and an additional charge of 25.00 in cash, for whichever office accepts your application. Both offices are open from 9am to 5pm. The County Office does a once a month roving office on Saturday's which can be located from the Monroe County Clerks web page. The City Clerk occasionally does work at the U of R and other locations that can be accessed from their web page. For expired passports, one can pick up or download a mail in application from either office or a form can be mailed to you after a call to the Eastern Passport office. Once a client obtains his passport photos and his passport is expiered, ( no longer than 5 years) he can mail it in and save the 25.00 processing fee. If a client needs to obtain a passport on a rush basis they can expedite the procedure at either office for an additina 60.00 fee.
